Pelgulinlaste poolt rajatud kirikuhoones tegutseb täna 24/7 kahe mehe mitte-kristlik sotsiaalasutus, kasutades (ilma lepinguta) täiel määral kiriku hüvesid, mis talle ei kuulu. Jättes mulje, nagu kogudus kõike teeb, kerjatakse lastekodule raha kogu maailmast, kuigi alates 2005.a., mil Inge Ojala koos lastega lahkus, pole ametlikku tegevuslitsentsi. Juba pikki aastaid planeeritakse kiriku maale ehitada noortekodu. Naabritega ollakse tülis, pelgulinlased jumalateenistustest osa ei võta.

In the Church building, established by the inhabitants of Pelgulinn is today engaged 24/7 by a non-christian social institution of two men; it uses to the full (without any contract) the Church’s amenities, which do not belong to that institution. Giving the impression, that it all takes place in the name of the Church, they beg money for the Children Home from all over the world, yet since 2005 when Inge Ojala left the Church with all the children of the Children Home it has no official activity licence.

The powerful, world widely well financed institution with its paid employees acts full as congregation - so the real, small congregation with its empty bank acconts, no sunday school, no progeny, is like sick mother who needs our prayers, faith, Holy Spirit´s healing to get back the mightiness of true Christ serving church.

The institution´s and congregation leaders (same 2 persons) do not get along with neighbours either as neighbours do not see the church as holy place anymore serving true God, but money, power, mammon, repeating 10-15 year old stories about street children, therefore never attending on sermonies.

The Pelgulinn citisens are strongly against the building plan of the new youth house on the holy land of church yard as Peeteli church should be opened doors prayer house as it was established first place
